Well bright side- this weekend I was able to check “Yes” in my box for “People Connection/Fun” and the dark side- I chose not to make enough space to check off Yes for some of my other practices. Mostly the one that I am having the most problems with is going to bed early…
Also just being 100% consistent. However- I do have to say, although I never did all my practices, I was very much aware of this fact. I was also aware of the fact that I never felt as good. Actually, on Sunday- I felt very imbalanced. I chose to have a few drinks while out and I although everything was good- I knew that this choice would be aggravating my Pitta imbalance more.  Well yesterday I never had fruit juice in the morning and I had junk food before bed, but today was a lot better. I now need to go do a Yoga practice and meditation so that I can complete the important things on my checklist before 11pm.

Also- on Friday I learned about the different times in the days and how they affect you. I will write more about this later, but I decided to rearrange my routine a bit- trying to be conscious of Vata, Pitta and Kapha parts of the day.

Day 7 of 21. Sunday after going to the Tulum Vegan festival and live then party at Papaya Project.
