Happy December 1st!
Wow, I can’t believe it is December. It does not feel like December for me at all. Because I have only been here in the Mayan Riviera for 2 months, I feel like it’s still summer vacations. Well this is exciting, that means that I have 11 more days of my challenge. Right now it’s my mid-way point… I have to say that this challenge has proven to be very interesting so far. Because I am choosing not to stress myself out about things that I am doing wrong, especially being a time where there has been opportunities for partying… I do however strongly feel I can put in more effort for the final days. Now the routine that I have has been getting a lot easier to do- now I just need to really be conscious of my diet and lifestyle choices and make my day consistent. I have been feeling a lot more creative lately- which is a good thing that I am giving myself a bedtime every night for a purpose of getting up early… or else I might be staying up all night with projects- which is fine…but from an Ayurvedic stand point and the purpose of trying to bring stability to my life… this wouldn’t be helping me.
Now knowing that 10-2 is my Pitta time- it makes sense why I always get my second wind at night…
BUT although eating between 10-2 and creating, working, etc all has the Pitta Agni in it’s favor… this is also the time your body needs to repair.
Today I did pretty good on my routine, but tomorrow I am really going to tackle everything on my list and to do everything within the correct time frames.
With that said, I best now be getting to sleep. (PS: I should probably change this activity from being my final one, however, I don’t normally have any problems falling asleep, so maybe it’s okay for me?? So much to learn.
