Well today was Saturday, so I enjoyed maybe eating a bit to much of my home-made delicious cauliflower crust pizza
(I found the recipe here, http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/katie-lee/cauliflower-pizza-crust.html) and I indulged with an Apple Cider – so I am not doing Asanas before bed tonight- however, I am going to sleep well.
The early part of the day is becoming very easy now to complete all the things on my check-list. It’s like anything, you get better as you go along. I figured out how to time manage things so that I feel I am doing things in the most efficient order.
Tomorrow I am going to time everything and see actually how long everything really takes me! 🙂
Also I wanted to share something here too- for some reason, I woke up feeling a bit intense this morning. I was feeling closer to angry than happy- maybe I did to many handstands the day before and I also ate cauliflower curry and fresh salsa with jalapeños the night before. Not sure what caused it- but I made sure this morning to do my Abhyanga, pranayama, asanas and drank peppermint tea and cucumber juice with pear- trying to help calm my mind… and it worked! In the afternoon I was level headed again and was able to concentrate very well on my home-work.
