What I am studying- will be studying, is not the most popular thing … in our world.
The month I have been trying to describe what I am studying- to a vast amount of people. Depending on our shared consciousness, depends on how in depth I will try to go into… it. I think sometimes, people are wanting a short answer for many questions these days.
I will need to work on this.

Also- people want to know does it work? How does it work? Well- I know from making choices about certain things, using certain rituals and techniques I have become healthier over the past couple of years… however I still do have some physical manifestations of disease or not digesting my food properly. So time-  to put the time and physical and economical energy into my own health this month and hopefully- my outcome will be very beneficial and I will be able to reach my ultimo health.

Now, I have seen a few practitioners before – (in India before my PanchaKarma) as well as I went to an Ayurvedic Practitioner in Mexico- but I never had the option presented to me for a follow up, or specific medicines to help with certain manifested disease or symptoms of doshic imbalances.

What I would speculate right now for myself is the following:
1- Circulatory problems (cold hands, feet) (Vitiation of Vata dosha in the Vyana Vayu cause a crease of the  Rakta dhatu  in the raktavahasrota.)
2- Unable to retain information easily (Vitiation of Vata dosha in the manovahasrota.)
3- Ama (Metabolic waste showing on my tongue/often white.) Vitiation of Kapha Dosha increasing the Annavahasrota. Poor/Low digestion.
Crack down middle of tongue: I don’t know if it would be concidered mild or deep, so either a vitiation of Vata vititation of the Samana Vayu in the annavaha srota.
Scallops: Vitiation of Vata in the Samana Vayu of the Annavahasrota.)
Mucous in Urine:  Kapha Dosha in the rasa dhatu causing an increase in the Mutravaha srota.

So having mucous and extra Kapha evident in my urine and tongue, shows me I have extra Kapha in my otherwise Pitta/Vata Constitution. I can’t help to think that I was primarily Pitta- however, during the final stage of my fetal development, the birth month, my moms fall and busy lifestyle- I came out early with Vata vitiated. Obviously, karmic lessons to be learned, however, without studying deeper into this or about babies- this is my internal instinct. (Premature, difficult to maintain weight, later on difficulties with hearing and poorer eyesight than others in family, crooked teeth, messy, creative, anxious, overly sensitive.)

I would really like to try and increase my ability to stay focused to excel in my studies over the next year, while finding joyful balance between, family, friends work and nature play. (Yoga, Surfing, Exploring). I know that I struggle as a student a lot, I also struggle with an exhausting sensation of weight put on myself when I need to focus on something or study. I become intense like Pitta but in my opinion not as successful as a Pitta- as it takes me longer to complete tasks due to my lack of focus- which I believe is my Vata. I perhaps need to really look at the 20 qualities of all things and really begin implementing the mindful and sensical choices to my life- however, will be nice to have the confidence of someone who is already in Practice to help guide me.

I want to document my progress and experience throughout this as well and hopefully I will be able to recommend my CAS to others- including my parents.
