Back Story:
8 months ago I was working an Overhaul and at around 3:00am in the morning I started thinking about the essential oil sprays that I make for my therapies and yoga classes and how much I loved them. I started planning what oils I would use together to make some new personal bottles. I love to travel with them and to keep one in my purse and work bag for easy access to freshen up my mood, make me feel centered while travelling, during busy days, nightshift and when I don’t have time for nature. I started to think about my Yoga class and my current students and what type of sprays might benefit them especially during their long working hours indoors. At the moment, I had a Yoga class a few times a week with a group of great people who also worked in the trades with me. I started thinking about their individual natures as well as thinking about which sprays might be best for Fire type people (Pitta), Earth and Water type people (Kapha) and Air and Either type people (Vata). I continued to brainstorm- three sprays that would honor my co-workers and their diversities as well as catering to the three main Ayurvedic Doshic groups, Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

That night I went home after work- and at around 8:30am… I impulsively, went online shopping… and bought heaps of bottles to begin this project.

A few weeks later ALL the boxes arrived and…then life got busy, at work and doing other projects. Classic (Vata Vitiated) Becky put this project to the side burner… until now… (Back to a healthy balanced Pitta, Vata.)

Fast forward 8 months:
Over the past two weeks I decided to begin crossing off all the things on my current to do list. As I am beginning my studies again in December – I won’t have anymore time to take care of things after my current Overhauls. Now is the now. (It’s also not fair to store anymore things in my parents garage.)

On Thursday, my new collection of amazing, organic, wild harvested and sustainable farmed essential oils arrived and this weekend with the help of a friend motivating me to stay dedicated to my computer… I now have some pretty great sprays to share, starting tomorrow!
