So I found some land where I am ready to invest in for the moment- my first time buying anything in my life.
I have never been a home owner before- I have never even boughten a car before… not even a scooter… and even my bicycles have been gifts. I have lived a pretty simple life since I was 18- choosing to put all of my money into travels and education.
If all goes well this next week- I am going to be starting my own business here in Mexico and buying some property that has what I was looking for.
It has a river near by (right behind it), close to the beach (3 minute walk down the river or 5-8 minute walk by the road access, 10 minutes to highway/transport to near by towns/ natural with lots of trees and cactus and fertile land to grow herbs, coco trees, mango trees and herbs…next to a natural water hole with a lot of water- to water my plants and use for the place… sold by a local, solid, serious christian Man who grew up there… and I will find out who will be my neighbors when the community develops. Beautiful beach with beautiful clean water… near by some small lovely Oaxaca communities and in between two more popular towns Puerto Escondido and Mazunte… great tourist spots and places I really enjoy going to and will continue to go to and enjoy networking with the people who live there. I will be able to pay for all the land by April- when I start my first internship and I am hoping that by 2020 when I finish my internships with my CAS diploma, I will be ready to live out there and have a few guests!
I can’t believe it- I really am very independent and can do anything I want-
I went out with different real estate agents and looked a many properties and I know there are many more amazing ones out there- and maybe in the future, with my partner/family or community we buy – but for now- I am happy. I met with the real estate agent, the owner of the land, I made an offer – and made a deal- contacted a lawyer to meet with next week to begin this process. I did this all in Spanish and with the faith of the universe. I am going to build my dream place, using my networking skills and faith and manifestation- I have no doubt it’s going to be amazing! Life is so good.
This morning I taught yoga on the beach to a new student who lives in front of where I practice yoga, then I went to Spanish class- then I had a friend come take a look at the land to see if they had anything to say about the land and then by 12:00pm I made the offer, I met with a new friend crossing the street and we talked Ayurveda for awhile then I went and asked the only place I eat out at- to make me an egg with beans and tortilla (25 pesos) came home and there was a beautiful sunflower and other flowers and angel sound necklace on my counter waiting for me- that a new friend dropped off, then I went to handstand class (I’ve been wanting this class FOREVER-) then I went to Mantra Circle- and just being around more like minded people that I am beginning to get familiar with… now I am just winding down for the night after being fed late by my good friend- home-made Spanish soup she made on the spot. Tomorrow is beach, study and find a place for my family to spend christmas and Sunday- pool pizza party!
I have been going crazy looking at land… so many different prices and benefits and cons… you could get a hector for 800,000 up to 250,000…. you can get a 10 by 20 lot from 80,000-250,000, you can by 12 hectors for 800,000…. I really would like to buy some big time land too- but well, this is all I can afford for the next years. I will need to manifest more abundance in the future- but at the moment, just so grateful that this is possible… It’s more money than I wanted to spend, but I am not afraid, because I will attract money again to pay for anything and everything I need.
