Svastha Therapies

All therapies are offered in a private and relaxing space- dedicated for healing. It is away from the elements of wind, sun and mosquitos. Easily found location, located on the corner of Calle Sonora and Alejandro Cardenas. (Two blocks away from the entrance of La Punta with 7mas1 and Tienda Ruby. It is around the back of the AnaMexicana building that also has other Nymphas Cocos and other holistic and handcraft stores.) You will see a blue gate. It is located through the gate, on the 2nd floor and you will see the SVASTHA sign outside the door. Below me is Don Oscar, with his amazing chiropractor services.

We use clean sheets and towels, sanitize the work station in between clients and the therapist wear masks during the therapy.

The prices of the therapies- reflect the high quality oils used as well as having a healing session with a certified Ayurvedic therapist who also commits to each healing session to try and make it as comfortable for each client as possible. The main therapist was trained in India, as well as has numerous certificates from the California College of Ayurveda and had the opportunity to study under Iris Campeon, CAS and director of Ayurveda en Meso America. Throughout the past 6 years she has grown as a therapist and enjoys offering a therapy that is intuitive to the needs of the client.
The therapists hold space for the client for an extra 30 minutes aside from the therapy to understand the need of the client before hand as well as allow them to have a post-digestive tea.

Because of the energy work done and the space held for each client, only a few therapies are offered each day. So booking in advance is recommended, but we will also try and fit someone in – if possible.

You can begin your therapy at 9am, 10am or 11am 2pm or 3pm
Available for late night therapy with one therapist Saturday night from 5-8pm

Four Handed Abhyanga Snehana Massage
Traditionally offered with two therapists in a synchronized routine.
Time: 1.5 hour in total. 1 hour on table. 2pm Tues-Saturday

Holistic and loving therapy where you pampered from head to toe with warm, organic oil- infused with high quality essential oils (Doterra and Floracopeia). This massage is designed to work not just with the physical body, but with the energetic body. It stimulates the circulatory system, moves the lymphatic system and CALMS the nervous system. Having a calmed nervous system is what allows us to build our IMMUNE systems or in Ayurveda, we refer to immunity as our OJAS. The two therapists connect with each other, and the client to bring about greater healing.
During the 1.5 hours we move ama (toxins) from parts of your body into your digestive system to release over the next days through massage and use of digestive tea and medicine, we also consciously move and clear energy!
This therapy is not just a relaxing massage. Certified Ayurvedic Counselor and Practitioner, Rebecca Huck, will ask you questions before the massage to choose a balancing touch and oil best for you. She will ask to connect with your higher self for deeper healing and spends the next hours dedicated to this intention.

Ayurvedic Counseling sessions are available if requested before hand on certain days or can be arranged for another day after the therapy.

Abhyanga Snehana Massage with Marma pressure points (with Rebecca)
Traditionally offered with two therapists in a synchronized routine but Rebecca has designed a therapy based off her numerous trainings and adapts it to each person in a way that is most therapeutic to them in the session.
Time: 2 hour on the table (2.5 hours with the therapist).

Indian Massage (Adela)

Basti Therapy
Time: 1 hour

This therapy starts off with a 30 minute relaxation massage and after the therapist builds a dough dam around your target area, to bring warm, medicated medicine (oil). This therapy is amazing to relieve many issues including inflammation and pain. It works on the physical and subtle bodies.
Most populare bastis are:
Netra Basti: Basti of the eyes / using Ghee. This therapy is Devine for tired eyes from looking at the computer screen for to many hours.
Heart Basti: Using milk and herbs. This therapy is lovely to brings warmth and healing to the heart.
Uterus Basti: This helps to bring relief to different menstrual imbalances.
Back Basti: This helps to bring relief to certain section of the back that holds a lot of tension.
Knee Basti: Brings relief to chronic knee pain

Shirodhara:

This rejuvenating oleation therapy is very helpful for insomnia, anxiety and addictions. This therapy begins with a 30 minute relaxation massage and then pours medicated oil over your 3rd chakra for 30 minutes… allowing your focus to gentle rest on your ajna chakra, working with connecting with your inner intuition. This therapy is recommended to clients with Vata and Vata Pitta imbalances. Having this therapy done 7 days in a row- is very healing and can be programed with the therapists. The price of the therapy will go down as we can re-use the oil during the week. If desiring the truely healing power of Shirodhara for 7 days – we can program it for only 350 USD

Yoga Therapy
Time: 2 hours

Your therapist will design a personalized yoga class and routine for you, to help you specifically work towards balancing your doshas while also increasing your strength, flexibility and reducing stress.
The benefits of a private Ayurveda Yoga Therapy class:
1) Your instructor will cater the class especially to your Vikruti flexibility, strength and experience.
2) Allows you one-on-one attention by a caring professional while earning certain asanas, pranayamas and meditation techniques.

Yoga Nidra Therapy Session, is a therapy session appropriate to all doshas, ages and ailments. The session is 45 minute session, with a bring relaxation before and after. Yoga Nidra, allows oneself to begin clearing energy that is no longer needed as connect consciously to what we are thinking and creating and begin to consciously create a healthy, harmonious life. The benefits of having a personalized session with a therapist is that they will bring their energy to connect with you- as well as waking you up – if you accidentally fall asleep. YN is a perfect compliment to other therapies and can be learn to incorporate into your daily lifestlyle.

This one hour therapy, uses the traditional laying of the hand technique to bring high quality energy to your body, to help boost your immune system, bring deep relaxation and help manifest your goals. This delicate therapy can be stressful and messy by yourself. This is why Svastha is now offering, Enema Bastis in the comfort of your own home. This professional and discreet session involves two Bastis back to back.
The first one is a saline mixture and the second will be a mixture of oil and herbs (this might change after a consultation is given).
The session lasts from 8am-11am and it involves a head massage, face massage and stomach massage as well as post digestive tea.
+Cost of consultation, oil and enema bag are separate.
