Today was a crafty day!
Tomorrow I will write more… but I got some Christmas presents done and I am begging to notice when I eat something not good for me… especially hot stuff, hot day…hot head. But I was also trying to pacify myself. When I say hot head- you might not even know that I am feeling irritated or anxious, but I do… it’s not the happy, peaceful feeling I normally enjoy.

Today I washed up some squares I found on the ground, left over from the men taking the garbage… they look pretty good!
