Reminder to myself for the future of the days you were working dedicated doing things from 5:30am until 11pm.
My Pitta and my need to finish my projects burns so hard that I am unable to sleep in past 5am, even with only 5 hours of sleep for another night. It`s going to feel so good to have my projects done this afternoon.
I am going to reward myself with giving myself a self massage, cooking a healthy meal, having a hot shower, cleaning the house and going to bed super early so that I can try and sleep 10 hours before I will naturally wake up at 4 or 5. Then on Sunday I will practice Yoga for an hour. I will practice Pranayama and I will begin my class happy and alert.
I will try to get my frozen truck moving and I will prepare food for the next couple of days.
I got this. Life is good. I am grateful for work and school and the idea that I could do both. I am grateful.
