Dinacharya – Ayurvedic Daily Routine

The simplest way- taken straight from google. Now there are more recommendations to personalize for your individual type… but lets start here. I will be adding to this list.

  • Waking before the sun – before 6am is usually best.
  • Drink a glass of warm or room temperature water.
  • Splash cold water on your face.
  • Brush your teeth, and perform tongue scraping.
  • Consider oil pulling as part of your oral health.
  • Evacuate bowels and bladder within an hour of waking.
  • 10-15 minutes of light yoga.
